Chameleon changing colors

Transcript:

Okay, raise your hand if you think a chameleon changes colour to blend in with its environment. That's not right. A chameleon changes colour to reflect its mood. That's when it changes colour.

It so happens that over the period of evolution, whichever chameleon changed its colour to reflect its mood to synchronize with its environment, that species survived, and the other species were killed by the predators. So over time, evolution has made it such that the chameleon that reflects its mood in sync with the environment in which it is blends into the environment. It has happened over evolution, but the chameleon changes its colour to reflect its mood.

Now you know. Bye.
