So notice the confidence with which a bird lands on a tree. Where does the confidence come from? Is it confident that the branch will not break? No. It is confident that its wings are strong enough that even if the branch breaks, it's OK. The wings will take care of it, and it will be able to fly off. And this is where the confidence of the bird comes from.

Now, look at the confidence of yourself in your abilities. Work towards it. Make your confidence in your abilities as strong as the bird's confidence in its wings when it is landing on a branch.
