How to Handle Procrastination

Suppose you have to study for exam and you are procrastinating, means you are not studying for your exam. That's the meaning of the word procrastination. Whatever needs to be done is not being done. Which means I am procrastinating. Procrastination is nothing. Procrastination simply means whatever needs to be done, you think is lower in the order of priority of your doing of the action. That's it. Which means it's on you. You have to just bring that thing upper in your order of priority.

Then, there is no more procrastination. Simple.

Do you ever say, "यार, आज तो सांस नहीं लूंगा, पांच दिन के बाद लेता हूं?" No, because boss, there is no पांच दिन. You are done.

So, there is no procrastination on breathing. Like that, there is no procrastination on many, many essential things. The non-essential thing is procrastination because our priorities are different. That's it.
