So today, as I was walking to the construction site, our work area, I noticed a group of seven people standing in a circle, and they were praying.

And these are strong, strong people, local Brazilian guys. I mean, their forearms are bigger than my thigh. And they are not religious; they don't look to be the religious kind.

So I just let them be, and as I was coming on board, I went to one of them, and he could speak some broken English, and I asked him, "So how come you guys were praying?"

And he said that the prayer was to set an intention that nobody dies today. And they do this every day. This is a powerful thing. They were setting an intention for how their day is going to unfold.

Nobody dies, because each of those seven people have experienced a friend who died on the job, and not a single one more person is acceptable. Nobody dies. This was their intention, which they were offering to the universe in the form of a prayer.

It's amazing what an intention can do.
