Sahaj Helps with Better Decision Making

Transcript:

To meditate daily, for twice a day — I mean two sessions of 20 minutes of Sahaj, every day, daily. Yes, your decision-making will improve, and it is because of a subtle thing that happens during Sahaj.

Sahaj is an impression-cleaning meditation. So if you have taken Sahaj, you know. If you have not taken Sahaj, well, then you don't know. But if you have taken Sahaj and you forgot what happened in Sahaj, then come to the Sahaj refresher. We do a Sahaj refresher; come to there, we will explain in great detail how Sahaj is working.

But Sahaj is an impression-cleaning meditation. When you do Sahaj, inner impressions that are in the subconscious, they get cleansed out. And because of the cleansing process of the impressions, the decision-making is less distorted, which means it becomes a clearer decision. Perception becomes correct; bias goes away. So all this stuff helps with decision-making.

But the condition is to do Sahaj every day — not regularly — every day, daily, twice a day. 20 minutes in the morning, 20 minutes in the evening. Then you see, magic will happen. Your decision-making will be super clear.
