The day begins, at 5:30 am. Its a quaint little place on the Gulf of Thailand.

Daily Sadhana followed by breakfast and some tricky Google Translate assisted conversation later, its a pleasant ride to the Airport.

It’s a 11:00am departure. 1h15m later we touchdown where it is now 1:15pm.

You’re going to have to follow along!

Some confusion later, you see, I was at KLIA 2 Gate 2 while the driver was also at Gate 2 but at KLIA 1, we arrive at 4:00pm for our meeting scheduled for 3:00pm. And they graciously waited for me at the Two Towers.

A really productive meeting later, we’re back at the airport, this time to KLIA 1, for an 8:30pm departure. 1h later we touchdown where it is, surprisingly, 9:30pm.

It’s now been 15h since 5:30am.

A fun 2h30m later we’re ready for SQ-22. At 11:59pm I reset my watch to the destination time.

Just like that, 17h30m after 5:30am we’re now at 11:00am! The magic of SQ-22, the longest flight in the world, has just begun.

A few delightful movies and some very pleasant in-flight service and fine vegetarian airline food and some Sahaj & Sleep or maybe Sahaj induced Sleep or even possibly Sleep induced Sahaj later, its been 18 additional hours!

My watch now reads 5:30am.

5:30am, Dec 7 to 5:30am, Dec 8.

36h shrunk to 24h by SQ-22.

Who says we need close to light speed or extreme gravity? We just need to invent time zones. And SQ-22.

Makes you wonder: What IS Time after all??
