[Participant] Nothing?

[SK] Nothing's going on? If nothing's going on, then you're not paying attention. There is never nothing going on. So if in your life nothing's going on, oh what's going on? Nothing, same old. ख़त्म, you're not paying attention. It just tells the whole story in your answer. Now I'm going to ask you again, what's going on?

[Participant] Tea is getting boiled.

[SK] What's getting boiled?

[Participant] Tea. Chai.

[SK] Tea. First of all, the one who calls tea tea is a mad, illiterate, stupid, stupid fellow. Don't know the difference between chai and tea? There's no future for you. No chance. But there is a distinction. You know the difference between chai and tea? In some countries it's called tea, in some countries it's called chai. So here's the difference. Here's why those names are like that. It depends on how the leaf has gone from the source to the destination. If the leaf has gone from the source to the destination via land, it's called chai. If the leaf has gone from the source to the destination via ship, it's called tea. So when the leaf went to England, it went via ship. From India it went around the thing, it went via ship. So in places where the leaf reached via ship, it's called tea. In the places where it reached via land, it's called chai. So there is a distinct difference between chai and tea.

This is a statement, not even a question. While driving my car I feel sleepy. This is a statement. Is there a question here? No. Your hands get tired. Ok good. Thank you for the information. What do you want me to do about that information? So if you are in this session, ask me the question properly with a question mark at the end of the sentence, not a statement. Ok next.

Yes, you can do Sudarshan Kriya without warm up and asanas but that's not the preferred way of doing it. The preferred way of doing it is to combine it with some asana practice and then the Pranayama, Bhastrika, OM and Kriya and Sahaj. There is a reason for doing that. What is the reason for doing that? Because if you are doing your practices in the morning, which I hope you are doing it in the morning, you are getting up from a state of sleep. So you are getting up from a state of sleep. So the body is caught predominantly tamas. Tamogun is there in the body. So when you do the asanas first, you are starting to dislodge the tamogun from the system. Then when you do the asanas, tamogun is dislodged. Now you are doing pranayama, it becomes more effective and then you do the Bhastrika and OM and Kriya and Sahaj, it becomes more effective. But if you are running short of time or something, and you don't have the time for the 10 minutes of yoga asanas, sure, don't make that an excuse not to do your Kriya. One or two days if you cannot do the yoga asanas, it's perfectly fine. Start doing your three stage pranayama and etc. But don't make it a habit. This is an exception. Best is to combine yoga with practice. And here is the reason. It's because of the tamogun.

0:7:20

Yes, they are the fruits of daily meditation. So let's say you are making four mistakes in the day after you are doing Kriya, meditation and all that. Without Kriya meditation you will be making 400 of them. Already you have got benefit. Be the scientist yourself. Stop doing your Kriya meditation practice and then look how ineffective your life becomes. Instead of doing those four mistakes you will be doing 400. And you will say, yaar, 400 mistakes हो रहा है by god. Then you do your Kriya practice and now you are becoming four. And with sufficiently long time sustained practice, it will reduce. That's how it is.

0:8:41

No, you can never know. Impossible. Now what will you do? Only with experience you will know. So let's say an impulse comes and you act on it and you realize yaar, this is not working. Then you know that this was an impulse. But when the same feeling comes and you act on it and you say yaar, this is working, then you know that that was an intuition. Only after the action you will know. Before the action there is no way to know. फस गये by god. What can you do? This is the law of the universe. You only realize after the action is done.

[SK] Why not chai?

[Presenter] The question is simple. Why chai?

[SK] Answer is equally simple. Why not chai? Next.

0:15:1

I am telling you for the last time. Don't blame tea. नशा शराब में होता तो नाचती बॉटल। It's not about the tea. Tea is the pretense. It's the pretense to hang out and share stories. Tea is just a means to do that. When we were in IIT, we could only afford cutting tea. We couldn't afford a full glass of tea. We used to go at midnight, 1 o'clock. Why? Because 5-6 people would go and share stories. We learn something. This is why tea is usually drunk. In some country, Nepal, the tradition is if you go to someone's house in Nepal, I think it's Nepal, but you can check me. If you go to someone's house, they will give you 3 cups of tea. Because after the 3 cups, you are friends for life. That's the belief. 3 cups of tea together. It's not a big cup, not like a United States size cup. This is a cup and a half. It's a crazy size. It doesn't have tea, it has water. So, it's a small cup in Nepal. But 3, you have to drink 3 cups, then you are friends for life. That's the tradition. So, tea is just a pretense for hanging out and sharing stories.

0:17:9

It depends on the size of the cup. If one cup is this big, it's not good for health. Do you understand? If it's a proper size cup, of course, it's very good. Who says it's not good? Bring it in front of me. No, it's not bad. If you do 50 cups of tea, then everything done in excess is bad. Drink 50 cups of tea. No, drink one cup in the morning and one cup in the evening. Just so you can hang out and discuss what happened in life. What frustration came in the day. It will all be removed. In a cup of tea, you just finish it. And then done.

0:18:5

It is the most unimportant thing. Spirituality is the most unimportant thing. Only if you are curious about who you are. Only if that curiosity is there. What is this? Is there a purpose of life? Or is it just like nothing? Only for these people, there is a path which is called spirituality. That takes them to the ultimate realization of what is. Only for the curious. If you are not curious, then it's not for you. Don't even walk on this path. But if you are curious, then this is the path of spirituality. Same thing happens in physics. If you are curious about what this thing is in front of me, how does it work? That is the path of physics. It is going outward and looking at the finer and finer rules. To figure out how the basic structure is of things that are in front of you. That is the path of physics. Similarly is the path of spirituality. You go inward and you say what is the finer workings of. How is this mind-body complex working? What is the ultimate goal of? I mean, why did you even take a human birth? If you don't have this kind of questions, then spirituality is not for you.

0:19:44

Science behind Pranayama is just a statement. Not even a full statement. It's just like Aadha. What is नहीं हैं? Science behind Pranayama is just like "Science Behind Pranayama", three words put in a line which have no head or tail. So, discard this question. Next.

0:20:14

Yeah. This is what guilt is. Guilt is like this. Guilt is very sticky. Guilt as an emotion is the most sticky one. It is very difficult to come out of it. But it is not impossible. It is not impossible. So, you have to look at it in actionable terms. What can you do as an actionable thing to fix something in the past? What can you do as an actionable thing to fix something in the past? What can you do? You can't do anything. You cannot do a goddamn thing. Nothing. You cannot fix anything in the past. It's a rule of physics. You cannot go back in time. It's impossible to do that. So, where is the regret coming from? "Arre yaar, I could have." Boss, if you could have, you would have. You could not. That is why you did not. Realize this. If you could have, you would have. You could not. That is why you did not. It was an inevitable present moment at that time. The sutras are completely having full meaning. Do you understand this? The sutras are not a joke. It was an inevitable present moment at that time. You cannot do a damn thing about it. You can simply learn from it. Once you learn from it and say, "यार, next time यह आयेगा मेरे सामने, I will not do like this." This is a vow you take. You make a commitment. When the same situation happens again, I will not do. ख़त्म। You are out of guilt. Very simple. But it's very sticky. If you say, "करना चाहिए था।" Guilt is like quicksand. जितना हाथ पैर मारोगे, उतना ही अंदर जाओगे तुम। You will go more deep in the quicksand the more you move. Guilt is like that. It's a sticky emotion. Just realize it. Even though in the movies they show you that you can go back in time, dude, I have not found a law of physics that allows you to do that. Wake up. Just wake up. You cannot go back in time and fix anything. Okay, next.

0:23:17

This is a very good question. To understand why, what they are asking is that you ask a subject matter expert. This person who has asked this question, I know her. Her name is Alak Vasa. She is the proprietor of Elements Truffles. People ask her, "Alak, what is your favorite bar of chocolate?" They don't know anything about Alak. But they want to ask her what is her brand of chocolate, not brand, her flavor of chocolate, whether it is turmeric, cinnamon, rose, whatever. What is her favorite?

So what happens is, this is how the mind works. The mind has got very limited resources. It has to do so many things. It has to keep the heart going, it has to figure out all the interactions with the world. It has got just too many things to do. It has got not so much resources. So what the mind does, it wants to make a projection. This is how the mind is working. It wants to make a projection and simply look at what is the difference between what it has projected and what it is perceiving. Just look at the differences. So it has to manage maybe three or four things of difference because most of the things are not changing. This is how the mind is working. Otherwise it cannot function. So since they cannot decide, the mind will project that an expert's choice is better than my choice. The expert knows chocolate. So the expert's choice is better than my choice. So it will save its resources. Just ask the expert what is your brand of chocolate and simply buy that one. Finished. Least resources to the mind. It has saved the mind.

What will happen next time? Let's say Alok says my brand of chocolate is rose and this person takes that chocolate and eats the rose chocolate and they hate it. They say I don't like rose. Now they know next time they go to the store they know that they don't want rose. Now the choice is only two. Cardamom or turmeric. Easy choice. You understand? This is how it works. So same thing happens in restaurants. You go and ask the server what is your favorite because they have been there. They have maybe sampled many of the items. So they will say oh my favorite is stir fried Hakka noodles. Then you say get a plate. Get a stir fried Hakka noodles. Because for you all the menu is the same. So you get the stir fried Hakka noodles and if you like it next time you order stir fried Hakka noodles again. If you don't like it you say last time stir fried was not good. Then you go to the next one. The mind is taking the easy way out to make a decision because it has got too many things to do. This is how the mind works.

0:26:59

How do you handle this? You change your job. You quit and you go to another place. Can you do this? If you can't do this then deal with it. Figure out a way to not get disturbed and still be in the situation. Ride above the conflict. Notice the tendencies of people and play with them so that they are working to your advantage rather than getting sucked into the mess. What is your choice? Can you quit your job? No. So you are stuck. These are the cards you play.

Let's say you are playing cards and you got like दुगी, तिग्गी, पंजी and सत्ती। This is the hands you got. You have to play the deal. So you play the best you can without getting frustrated and if you find you are going deep into the mess, you have your sadhana practice. You come and do your Kriya. It will purge and then once that frustration or the angst purges from your system then the correct idea will come. Don't keep the frustration inside you. What's the point? It's a game.

0:28:53

Because you are not doing seva. Your understanding of seva is wrong. What do you think is seva? The only way you know to do seva is to go out and enroll people for the Art of Living course. That is not seva at all. That is business. Seva means what? Seva means leaving the situation better than you found it. This is seva. It's an attitude of the mind. Seva is an attitude of the mind. Whatever you find, when you go away from that situation, is it in a better state than what you found it? This is seva. When you are enrolling people, they are in a worse state than what you found it. You hound them, course कर, register कर। उसका बिचारे का mind को तू दही बना दिया, how will you feel satisfied? You will be burnt out. There is no chance for you. No chance. Second is, another way of doing Seva is using your talents for other people's benefit. Suppose you are good at graphics, you use your talents to help other people get some good graphics going or design something or something. Using your talents to benefit other people. This is Seva. Most of the time you are doing Seva, enrolling people because you have an agenda. Somebody told you that I need 75 people in my course. You are running around like a headless chicken getting 75 people. Are you not doing like this? Be honest with yourself. Or sometimes you are saying that you have to go to TTP, so you have to recruit 15 people. Otherwise, the application will be rejected. So you are going and doing sort of Seva in course to recruit the 15 people. But it is really business because after that 15 people are recruited, your application to TTC will get accepted. So you are doing business. Don't kid yourself that you are doing Seva. If you are doing Seva, you will not get burnt out. It is impossible. Only when you are doing business disguised as Seva, then only you get burnt out. That's how it is.

0:31:45

You are already out of the pattern because you have noticed the pattern. That's the first step of coming out of any pattern is to notice it. It is happening repeatedly. So you started to come out. Now what is happening? You already answered your question. You harbor some ill will against people and then at the end of it you regret harboring the ill will. This is what is going on. Now that you know what is going on, then stop the ill will from being there in the first place. Even though they are being mean to you.

Are you taking it in? Who is taking it in? You are taking it in. Problem is on your side. Suppose I pick somebody who is not paying attention. Who should I pick on? Somebody volunteer. Who should I pick on? I am a harmless guy. I can't do anything. I am a very harmless, docile person. Suppose I go to Anuja and say, Anuja you are a freaking idiot. Anuja is getting irritated. Blood is starting to boil. What the heck this Sandeep Jokar thinks of himself. Next time he comes to Florida I am going to whack him over the head. All these thoughts are in his mind. Who is assigning meaning to the words? Anuja is assigning meaning to the words.

Suppose the same situation had happened in a mental hospital. Let's say Anuja was a visitor to the mental hospital. I was a patient in the mental hospital. I said to Anuja, Anuja you are an idiot. Will she assign any value to my words when I am in mental hospital? No right. Same words. Anuja you are an idiot. Same words. If a mental hospital patient says you are an idiot. Versus someone outside will say you are an idiot. Same words. Who is assigning meaning to the words? You are assigning meaning to the words. Oh my god! You are taking that insult in. Recognize that. There is a trick to not taking it in. You focus on the gap between the words. Or you simply slow it down. In your mind the playback should be Anuja you are an idiot. खत्म। The hold of those words are gone. The words don't hold. They are kind of finished. Slow it down. Or focus on the gaps of the words, not the words. What is between the words? 'Anuja' and 'you' के बीच में क्या है गैप है। 'You' and 'are' के बीच में क्या हैं गैप हैं। 'Are' and 'idiot' के बीच में क्या हैं गैप हैं। हाँ, focus on the gaps. The words will not have any hold on you boss. Finished. ख़त्म, you're free. Do this. This is Guruji's technique. This is Guruji's technique. Slow it down or focus on the gaps between the words. This is the two ways to deal with an insult or some acquisition. So you save your system from being rattled. Okay, next.

0:35:43

No, you can't. You're putting effort. You're putting effort in an effortless technique. Sudarshan Kriya is very effortless. You already know the rhythm. The rhythm has been set by the, when you do the Kriya in Guruji's voice, the rhythm is already there. You simply have to breathe in that rhythm.

And now if you have done one Silence course, or in the Indian terms, Advanced course, when you have done one Advanced course, you can learn the Chakra Kriya where there is not even any more counting required. If you haven't done Chakra Kriya, I will do a session for you guys. I'll teach you the Chakra Kriya. Now we'll have to do it as a under the table because I have not like registered G teacher in India all that, but I'll get one of my friends to register, I mean to post the course in their name and I will come in the पीछे से teach the Chakra Kriya. If you're interested, let us know. Then I will teach you the Chakra Kriya. It's amazing. It's amazing. I already did one session. Don't tell anyone. I already did one session for India. Sitting in America. Don't tell anyone. All these G's will come out with blazing guns. How dare you? In my life, there is only one G in my life. Guruji. All the rest are A, G, O, G, Lo, G, Suno, G. Next.

0:37:22

हाँ ये कोन पूछा question? Because they attended Physics of Pranayama. उसमें मैंने बोला की Bhastrika I will teach only in Chai and Why. So, as a protection, Panter has written a question, that teach Bhastrika Pranayama. Because I will run away. I am an expert at taking shortcuts. You know that. Okay, good. So, now you want to learn Bhastrika? The correct way of doing Bhastrika? Okay.

In Bhastrika Pranayama, let me tell you this: In the lungs, there is a structure called the alveoli. Now, this is a Google question. You can always Google what is alveoli. So, alveoli is at the end of the bronchial tract. The windpipe is called the trachea. So, at the end of the trachea is the alveoli. But it doesn't come right away. So, the trachea comes, one trachea comes through the neck down and it splits into two lungs. And at each lung, then it keeps splitting into two. And it keeps splitting into two. So, every time it splits, splits, splits, splits, splits, splits, splits, splits. And that is how you get these tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny capillaries at the end of which there are alveoli.

The gas transfer from air to the blood is happening around the alveoli. But you see, by this infinite splitting, some of those tubes get kinked. They get kinked and then they are not open. So, the Bhastrika Pranayama is designed to unkink those tubes and to open them.

How many of you guys have piped gas in your home? It's coming from a pipe, not from a cylinder. There are some now piped gas, right? Suppose that piped gas has to be maintained. Some maintenance work has to be done on the piped gas network. So, they have to open it and they have to fix something, which means air has gone into the piped gas network. You cannot let the air come in your house. It will explode like a bomb, right? So, you have to purge out the air from the network before it comes to your home. How do they do that? You finish the work. Then they pressurize it with an inert gas like nitrogen to about three bars and you depressurize it quickly. So, take it up to three bars, take it up to three bars, take it up to three bars. So, what that does is, any dead leg in the network, the pressurization and depressurization, it removes the stuck air in the small network of the pipes that are coming to your home. So this is the engineering thing. Same thing we are doing in Bhastrika. What are we doing in Bhastrika? We take a breath in and we rapidly exhale like this. This is what we are doing. So it will dislodge all the stuck air in the in the lungs where the capillaries are kinked. So the way to do Bhastrika is you start with a loose fist in front of the shoulders. Now how loose is the fist? The fist is loose enough so that the tips of the fingers are gently touching the palm, just lightly touching the palm and the thumb is on the outside. Thumb is on the outside, not thumb is on the inside. Thumb is on the inside means you're ready to do boxing. We are not doing boxing, we are doing Bhastrika. So thumb is on the outside. Gently, thumb is on the outside and then what happens? When you breathe in, the hands go up and the palms open. Hands go up and the palms open. How do you remember to open the palms? You have to think that there is a pot of gold on top and you have to hold it. What will you do to hold the gold? You have to open the palms. There is no chance. If the hand is closed, you're not getting any gold. Think of the gold. So the palm will open and then the hands simply fall by gravity. Gravity will pull them down and as they have been pulled down, the palms will close. The palms will close. Do it. Do an experiment. Let's just do an experiment. Don't close the palms. Keep the palms up open and open ही में hands को नीचे लाओ। Do the palms open. See, it's not really convenient. Now close the palms when it comes down. It becomes so much easier. Hands are falling by gravity and when they're falling by gravity, they will hit your ribcage and that hit of the ribcage will just force the breath out through the nose and then the alveoli and the kinked things in your lungs will get opened up and it is an effortless process. I will show you. Notice my face. There's no distortion. I see people doing bhastrika like this. There's no need to do this bloody drama. It is an effortless process. Who asked you to do this drama? Who's your teacher? No. Effortless. And it will hit and automatically the breath will come out.

So let's do bhastrika now. Let's sit with the back straight. Sit with the back straight. Palms are closed in a loose fist in front of the shoulders. Elbows tucked in close to the body. Neck is relaxed. Face forwards. Eyes closed. Normal breath in, out and following my count, begin up, down, up, down, up, down, up, down. And relax. Palms on the lap facing the sky. Keep the body still. Attention inward. Body still.

Hands in position for second round of bhastrika. Palms in a loose fist in front of the shoulders. Elbows tucked in close to the body. Neck is relaxed. Face forward. Normal breath in, out. Following my count, begin up, down, up, down, up, down, up, down. And relax. Palms on the lap facing the sky. Body still. Attention inward, body still. Hands in position for the third and final round of Bhastrika. Normal breath in, out. Following my count, begin up, down, up, down, up, down, up, down. And relax. Palms on the lap facing the sky, attention inward, body still. Take a normal breath in and breathe out. And you may gently open the eyes.

You see, it's so easy, Bhastrika. No drama, no nothing. Effortless technique. Okay, so what has happened in Bhastrika? Those kinks in the network of the capillaries in the chest, they have started to open up, right? So to keep them open, what do you do? You do the Bandhas, you do the locks. You take a breath in and you hold the anal sphincter muscle, you pull the navel in and you do the neck lock. And so that lock keeps the pressure, keeps that tubular thing that we have unkinked, it keeps it pressurized so that it does not kink again. That is why the Bandhas are done after the Bhastrika. You see, there is a method to the madness. Just because you don't know the method does not mean it's madness. There is a reason for doing it in a certain order, which is why the Bandhas are done after the Bhastrika. Got it? Easy enough? Okay, good.

0:47:42

It's a physiological thing. Keep the fist closed. Now take the hands up with the fist closed. It is more hard to do it like that. When the fist opens, automatically the hands will go up easily. And when the hands come down, automatically the fist will close. That's the physiology of it. So simple.

0:48:13

500. Come on, 20. Have you not learned the course? 20. In one round, 20 Bhastrikas. What a question! 20, then rest, 20, rest, 20, rest. No need to do 500.

0:48:45

Seven and three-quarter seconds is the gap between two rounds. What kind of question is this? Sit comfortably. The body's sensations are over. Do the next round of Bhastrika. It's not like that. Seven and a quarter seconds, you'll go mad counting seven and a quarter seconds. It's not like that. Just let the body settle down. That's it. Then do the next round.

0:49:15

Procrastination. Okay, tell me. Not tell me, I will tell you. Procrastination simply means the thing that you are procrastinating, that action that you're not doing now, is very low on your priority list. That's all it means. That is why it's not happening. I'll give you an example. This is a story I've told in some session recently, I think in the Patanjali session. A professor walks into the classroom with a big jar of mayonnaise, empty jar. And then he asks the students, is this jar empty or full? They said, no, it's empty. It's only air. Okay, good. So he says, then he takes billiard balls and he drops them into the jar. So the billiard balls fill the jar. Now he asks the students, is the jar full? They said, yeah, yeah, now it's full. He said, okay. Then he takes some ball bearings, tiny metal spheres, and he drops them into the jar. So they go all between the billiard balls. And then he says, now is the jar full? Student says, yes, now the jar is full. Then he takes some finely ground sand and he puts it into the jar and the sand goes even in the middle of everything else. And he says, now is the jar full? Now students are confused. So they don't answer. Then he takes two cups of coffee and he pours them into the jar and the jar absorbs those two cups of coffee also.

So his point to the students was, no matter how busy your life is, there is always time for a cup of coffee with a friend. This was his lesson to the students. But when I heard that, in my mind, it became very clear that the order in which you fill your life makes a big difference how much you can do. Suppose I fill my life with the sand, there is no place for the billiard balls or the ball bearings. The order in which I fill my life makes a big difference on how much my life is full. This is the key insight. What are you doing in your life that is more important? So then other things can also be accommodated. Are you filling your life with billiard balls followed by ball bearings, followed by sand, followed by coffee? Then you're living a full life. If you're doing your life where your jar is full of sand, no chance. This is procrastination. What is the order in which you are prioritizing your life? This is procrastination. That's it. It's a matter of priority list.

0:53:10

Ask somebody else. They will tell you. Don't ask your spouse because if you ask your spouse, you'll get a long list of faults. You'll get a few talents later. Don't ask your spouse. Ask a friend. What are my talents? I am unable to find what my talents are. You got so many talents. You just don't see it. That's it. Ask your friend. Then you call me. Don't call me, just ask your friends. Okay, next.

0:54:4

Okay, I'll give you a working definition for God. Whatever is more than what you know is God. There are some things that are more than what you know, yes or no? So, that is God. You don't even know what is around the corner of your wall in your house. You don't know. You think you know, but anything can happen there. So, that thing is more than what you know. God could be right there hiding in your closet with the door closed because you don't know what's behind the door. God could be right there. God is simply whatever is more than known. That is God. Now if you want to know how matter was created, I can give you the answer but it's going to blow your mind.

Okay, here's how matter is created. We are living in a universe where the laws of physics are right-handed. Remember, right-hand rule, direction of motion, magnetic field, force. Right? Right-hand rule. So you are living in a universe where the rule is right-handed. There is no reason for the rule to be right-handed. It could be left-handed also. The laws of physics don't change. The electron could be not on the outside. The positive charge could be on the outside. Negative charge could be on the inside. Anything is possible but we are living in a universe that is biased. It has got a structure where the electron is on the outside and the proton is on the inside of the nucleus and the consequence of that is that the rules of physics are right-handed.

Now why does it happen? It happens because when the universe was created, it went through this process called inflation where the fabric of space-time stretched like exponentially within a tiny fraction of a second. It's like wow, it was like too fast. Okay, now that stretching of the space-time, there are gravity waves that are created. Some of them are right-spinning, some of them are left-spinning. Okay, and because there is a fundamental law of quantum mechanics called uncertainty principle. Uncertainty means what? When you go to tiny, tiny scales, certainty disappears. Only probability is correct. There is no certainty anymore at level of very, very small length scales. Okay, which is why the uncertainty principle comes.

What does it mean? That if you know one thing with precision, the corresponding other thing, like if you know the position of the electron with precision, its momentum, which is the corresponding other thing to position, that momentum becomes widely unknown. So it becomes more uncertain. So the more precision you have in momentum, you do not know where the electron is. If you know where the electron is, you do not know what its momentum is. This is the principle of uncertainty. So at the length scales of gravity waves, there is an uncertainty. One of the waves, the right-handed or the left-handed, will be dominant over the other. It turns out that in our universe, the left-handed wave was dominant.

So the left-handed wave is dominant. So all the matter aligned itself. So the antimatter, the antimatter that was also formed, there was more bias towards matter versus antimatter. Tiny amount. The uncertainty is very small. It's just a little bit of bias. So that left-handed wave dominating means the matter becomes more biased than antimatter. So the antimatter and matter annihilate itself, but that excess, that bias, it stays. And that is what grows to the observable universe, which is why you're living in a universe where the electron is on the outside, the proton is on the inside, and the rule is right-handed. If the right wave had dominated, then you'd be living in an anti-universe where the proton might be on the outside, the electron might be on the inside, and the rule would be left. We don't know. It just happens by pure luck of uncertainty that you are in this universe. How's that for an answer? It blows your mind. It's amazing.

No, can't. It's very difficult. Biceps touching the ears. No, it goes straight up and down, effortless. Anyway, no boss, it is not a torture session. Imagine, biceps touching the ears in Bhastrika would be a torture session. You know, you want life to be complicated, right? Your problem is that you don't want simple things. You just want to make it bloody hell complicated. Grow up and keep it simple in life. What's the problem? Life can be simple. What's the harm if Life is simple? No, there's no harm. Okay, go ahead.

1:0:16

You won't be able to do it. It requires a very sophisticated mind and an extremely settled mind to do this. You won't be able to do it. Leave it. Don't even try to do this. Forget it. When you do enough sadhana, when you do, when your mind settles down, automatically, you will know how the mind can be used to regulate and fix diseases. Right now, the signal is so weak. The noise in your mind is so high. That is impossible. Just forget about it. It's not happening.

1:1:21

Don't wait for the last moment to register. When I announce a course of Physics of Pranayama or Narad Bhakti Sutras or anything, register immediately. Fear of missing out means, last minute, I didn't register. By God, I will miss it. Yes, this is FOMO. Make it a priority. Register quickly. FOMO नहीं होगा। End of story.

1:1:49

There are a lot of thoughts while doing the kriya. I explained it in the Physics of Pranayama, right? You don't see it. If you see it, you don't understand. It's like that song: तूने मुझे देखा नहीं, देखा है तो जाना नहीं। जाना है तो माना नहीं, मुझे पहचाना नहीं। If you did the course, you didn't understand. If you did understand, you didn't ask. You can go on. Go read the Physics of Pranayama again. It's all explained there, why the thoughts happen during Kriya.

1:2:41

[SK] You want to know the science behind Sudarshan Kriya? How many want to know? Let me see. Raise your hand. If you want to know the science behind Sudarshan Kriya. Electronically also, you can raise your hand. I cannot see your hand. Not many people know. Even 20% of people don't want to know. So, why should I tell you? I'm not going to tell you.

[Participant] But you've explained that in the Physics of Pranayama.

[SK] You think I've explained it in the Physics of Pranayama? Go watch it again. I did not talk about SKY.

[Participant] You spoke about Ujjayi Pranayama, all the three stages in Bhastrika.

[SK] I spoke about Ujjayi Pranayama and the three stages in Bhastrika. And that's it. I did not talk about Sudarshan Kriya. So, anyway, you don't want to know. Anyway, 10% of people raised their hands. So, leave it. I'm not telling you. Next question.

1:3:42

Text, you know? You want the written version of the Physics of Pranayama? Like that? I'll have to write the book. I have not written the book yet. There are many studies on the mechanics of breathing. There are all these papers. Yeah, you can go read them. Janta has done enough work on understanding how breathing works. But not many people have studied how pranayama is done. It's complicated.

1:4:47

Yes, so sit comfortably. Sit with a chair that is comfortable. Sit with a backrest. Sit on a chair, sit on a sofa to do pranayama. Pranayama also you can do sitting on a sofa. There is no brownie points that you get by doing it on the floor. It is not written anywhere in the textbook that you have to sit on the floor. If you sit on a chair, you get 20% benefit. If you sit on a sofa, you get 5%. There is not a single mention in Patanjali Yoga Sutras that you cannot sit on a chair or sofa. तभी तो था भी नहीं, so he could not even say. What will he say Patanjali? But these chairs etc. are designed for doing pranayama. They are designed by this evolved yogi called Chairananda. He designed it because he knows that people have problems sitting on the floor. So he said I will design it. So Chairananda designed the chair. His elder brother Sofananda, Couchananda, they designed the sofa and couch. Sit on it. Keep your back rested. Automatically the meditation will be more deep.

What is the instruction from Guruji? Sit comfortably and easily. Does he say don't sit on the floor or don't sit on the chair? Nothing. Sit comfortably and easily. If you want to sit on throne, sit on throne. If you want to sit on bed, sit on bed. If you want to sit on sofa, sit on sofa. If you want to sit on chair, sit on chair. Wherever you sit, sit comfortably and easily. What part of sit comfortably and easily is not clear to you? No, I want to sit on chair. You will fall all stiff and where is meditation. It's all looking at the back pain only. Where is meditation happening, not happening at all. Sit comfortably and easily.

1:8:19

I have seen also this. Many people don't lie down after Kriya. Especially after the Guruji guided Kriya. If you are doing home practice, you can sit and do Sahaj. No problem. But after the Guruji home, Guruji Kriya, either short version or long version, do not do Sahaj. Is it clear to you? At the end of a guided Kriya, Sahaj is not to be done there. The instruction is to stretch your legs and lie down. So, follow the instruction. Stretch your legs and lie down. The most important part of doing Guruji guided facilitated Kriya is the rest period. All the benefit is coming in the rest period. Stretch your legs and lie down. If you want the benefit of the Kriya.

What is the most important part of the Yoga Asanas? The rest is the most important part. Because that is where all the assimilation of the Asanas is happening. In the rest period. Nobody is doing rest after Yoga Asana. How will that Asana be assimilated? The benefit? No. So, in Sudarshan Kriya also same thing. After Guruji guided Sudarshan Kriya, stretch your legs and lie down. If you think you are falling asleep, it is perfectly fine. I am telling you, you are not falling asleep. You are not falling asleep. I am not going to tell you what is happening. But you are not falling asleep.

How do I know I'm not falling asleep? Because when I give the instruction, roll over onto your right side, सब लोग, they roll over on the right side. If you're falling asleep, how will you roll over on the right side? Tell me. It's not possible. So you're not falling asleep. Trust me on that. But stretch your legs and lie down. Okay.

1:10:27

Yeah, yeah. It's getting up too fast. So get up slowly. Get up slowly. Don't immediately jump. And if the doorbell is not answered, who cares? For 10 minutes, they can wait. Put a note saying doorbell will be answered only after 15 minutes. उखाड़ ले जो उकाड़ना है। खड़ा रहेगा वो लोग बाहर। क्या करेगा? What will they do? Suppose you're taking a shower. Are you going to run out of the shower and open the door? No, you're going to finish your shower. Like this, you finish your Kriya and then you go and open the door. Simple.

1:11:13

[SK] So either you sit for five minutes or you lie down or you do Sahaj. One of those things. You don't immediately get up. Those five minutes of transition is needed.

[Participant] We leave it to the participant. We tell them, you either sit for five minutes or you lie down for 10 minutes. That's what we say.

[SK] Yeah, something like that. No, no, wait, wait. No, it's not like that. If you're doing Sahaj after the short home Kriya, then you do Sahaj. If you're not doing Sahaj, you lie down for five minutes. There is no option of sitting for five minutes. That's not an option. If you're sitting, you're doing Sahaj. If you're not doing Sahaj, you lie down.

[Participant] But if you're already going into a deeper state, you don't even come to know, you don't even realize whether to take that mantra or not.

[SK] That's it. So then you're in deep state. When you realize, then you take the mantra. When you remember, then you start your Sahaj. No problem.

1:13:8

[SK] Yes. No, it is just happening. There's no effectiveness or anything. It's done. That's good enough.

[Participant] So that can be counted as Sahaj.

[SK] Yeah, yeah, yeah. Count it as sahaj. Put it in the checkbox of your Excel spreadsheet. Done. You're off the hook.

Yeah, yeah. Because the Kriya takes you to the great place. And if you're already slipped into meditation, you don't even need the mantra at that point. You're already there. And when some connected thoughts will come, immediately you'll realize and you take your mantra at that time. No problem. Yeah, we can do a Sahaj refresher also. You guys can refresh the technique. There's a Joker, who's a great Sahaj refresher teacher. Amazing. I know somebody who can do that. Okay, next.
