Cooking Millet 1of2
Transcript:
Hi! Welcome to another edition of "A Little Something About Everything." Today we learn how to cook millets. I use millets to make upma, which is a hot Indian breakfast. It takes 10 minutes to make. I've already posted a video on how to cook upma. But today, this is a session on how to cook the millets that go into the upma.
So, I use two kinds of millets. I use these two millets—pearled versions of Barnyard and Foxtail. I use these two to make upma.
