So, someone said to me yesterday, “Good judgment comes from experience.” And I said, “Yes, you're absolutely right. Good judgment comes from experience.” But what does experience come from? And he said, “Bad judgment.”

This is very important. 

Experience comes only after we do something, and that thing fails or it doesn't work as expected. Only after we do the work is when we learn, and that is experience. So, experience comes from having failed. And this experience that you get after having failed leads to good judgment for the future. Very important.
