So, watching the Olympic Games, I realized that women have had it really hard since the beginning of the Games in the 1900s. It takes more than 100 years for the participation of women to be equal in number to the participation of men. It's insane. The rate of progress is really slow. And what is most bizarre is that some of the greatest inventions ever made—here's a list—all by women. And yet, they have to pull a heavy load. It's high time we change that.

And I can't let this reel end without a shout-out to the U.S. Presidential election. Look at this photo. Yep, it's time. It's time to make a change.
