Meditation Demystified - 2nd session in Pune!!

Transcript:

So, the month of October is World Mental Health Awareness Month. World Mental Health Awareness Day was 11th of October. And as part of this, the PhD students at India's premier research institute called National Chemical Laboratory organized a talk called "Meditation Demystified". I facilitated that talk yesterday. It was attended by PhD students—all sharp people, left-brained—and of course also the staff. They asked some insightful questions on why meditation is necessary, how is it working, what is the science behind it, show me the evidence that it actually works, all of this stuff we covered in the talk. We have another one, we have another session scheduled for the general public on the 27th of October. It's at Pune on Bandarkar Road. If you are in Pune and you are curious about meditation, come attend. It's going to be a fun session. It's interactive, it's insightful, you'll get an experience and you will also learn about all the science that is supporting this esoteric technique called meditation. So, Pune, 27th of October, Bandarkar Road. I'll see you there.
