Meditation Demystified: Now on Udemy!
Transcript:
So, some years ago, there was a conference on mental health. It was held in Denver, Colorado. And it was attended by all practitioners from the field of mental health. So there were yoga instructors, there were medical professionals, there were physicians, there were mental health counselors, there were psychiatrists—there were all kinds of people. And the consensus that came out of the conference is that one of the methods to address mental health challenges, which is not yet fully used as an intervention, is meditation.
Except, the process of meditation and the word meditation itself comes with a little bit of esoteric nature. Not many people understand exactly what meditation is, and how to do it, and what the benefits are, and what the science is.
And this is what I've done. I've put together this talk called ""Meditation Demystified."" It is now on Udemy. And in this talk, we see the science, the evidence of how meditation affects our mind and body. And in the process of looking at science, all the benefits become crystal clear, and the whole process gets demystified. And hopefully, you start meditating.
