Perfect Numbers.

Transcript:

So, have you heard of perfect numbers? So perfect numbers are defined as numbers for which the sum of all their factors, except the number itself (because the number is always its own factor); So sum of all the factors of the number when it is equal to the number—the sum of the factors is equal to the number—that number is called a perfect number. For example, 6. The factors of 6 are 1, 2, 3 and 6. So eliminate the 6; 1 plus 2 plus 3 is 6. So, 6 is a example of a perfect number.

So now, make an estimate between 1 and a million: How many perfect numbers are there? Is it in the tens or is it in the hundreds? Or is it in the thousands? What's the number of perfect numbers between 1 and a million? Let me know in the comments. Bye!
