Once the mundane activities in your life become effortless through the instructions of the Guru, then the subconscious is free, and it can work on the complicated problems to make them easy.

This is the first step towards understanding spirituality and diving deep—freeing up the subconscious so that it can work on the complicated and make it easy. And the Guru does this by making the mundane effortless.
