Hi! So, this is a unique thing that happens in India on domestic flights where they're serving food. They would ask me this question: "Veg or non-veg?" And I was on a flight yesterday, and I was amused to see the same thing happening: "Veg, non-veg, veg, non-veg." But when she came to me, she just handed me a tray and said, "Non-veg for you, sir." And I said, "Oh, is there any chance I can get vegetarian?" She said, "Yeah, no worries." So she swapped it out, and I got vegetarian food, and I had it. It was very nice.

So, after the service was over, they collected everything. I went to the galley, and I asked, "Do you mind? I have a question for you. How come you never asked me veg or non-veg?" And she profusely apologized. She said, "No, sir, I'm very sorry. I should not have assumed." I said, "Don't worry, don't worry. You're just doing your job. So just tell me, like, why didn't you ask me the question?" She said, "Sir, I'll be honest with you. All of our customers that look like you always order non-vegetarian food."

And I said, "That's a keen insight from this woman." I mean, she does this for a living. So, she's seen, like, thousands and thousands of people, and people that look like me in India usually order non-vegetarian food. I was like this. Maybe ten years ago, I would have ordered non-vegetarian food also. So, this is very interesting, I find.
